17 in 17 - Week 1

This week, week 1, I did not know what to expect. After all I was starting on a dangerous long weekend. To top it off, I had to miss Monday's fencing practice and it rained consistently cutting into my walking time.

But I still managed to lose 1.2 pounds. Losing this on a tough week is terrific and still meets my weekly target. I was faithful to tracking everything on my Weight Watchers online program, which I feel was the key.

Success makes you want more of it. I can hardly wait to weigh in next week!
